We are facing an exciting time of change at Hyresbostäder. Our goal is to contribute even more to the development and growth of Norrköping.

We want to further strengthen our collaboration with our tenants and our partners to jointly improve and develop our buildings, areas, and our tenants' homes. Our change work involves a number of initiatives and projects aimed at creating economic stability over time and being a clear role model in social and ecological sustainability.

To meet future needs, we are now strengthening our controller function and expanding the team from two to three controllers. We are looking for you who, with drive and engagement, want to contribute to the development of the business through analysis, follow-up, and qualified decision support.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Controller at Hyresbostäder, you have a central role in the company's financial management and development. You create the conditions for well-founded decisions, contribute to a long-term sustainable business, and help the company reach its goals through efficient resource utilization.

You work closely with the operations on budgets, forecasts, financial follow-up, calculations, and other decision-making materials. An important part of the role is to turn data into insights and help the business understand both the current situation and future opportunities and challenges.

The role involves many points of contact, and you are expected to both support and challenge the operations when necessary. You contribute to good financial management while helping the business make well-balanced decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for you who have an academic education in economics and several years of experience in qualified financial work, preferably as a controller.

You are comfortable working with and analyzing data and can see connections from both an operational and strategic perspective. You are curious, analytical, and driven by a desire to understand how business and economics are interconnected.

As a person, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You are good at prioritizing and have the ability to identify what needs to be done even when the path forward is not entirely clear. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and builds good relationships through a pedagogical and non-hierarchical approach.

We also believe that you are confident in your profession and have the courage to ask questions, challenge established ways of working, and raise perspectives that contribute to better decisions.

At Hyresbostäder, you will have a broad and operationally close controller role where you have the opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and the business. You will become part of the finance department, which consists of eight employees, and will work closely with managers and colleagues throughout the organization.
